  • Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., name necklaces) is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved pieces
  • Final sale or discounted items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you will be offered a store credit or refund as per our refund policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and unboxing video of the damage or defect for verification. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any refund requests.
  • We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
